For the upcoming TV special "Undead Unluck Winter-hen," the official key visual and a promotional video have been released. The special is conceived as part of the anime adaptation of Yūto Tsukuda's work.

The key visual shows the protagonists Andy and Fūko with challenging facial expressions, while their companions Juiz and Billy are engaged in an intense battle. In addition, the creatures Burn and Spoil are seen in a confrontation, accompanied by the character Balance, who is responsible for the balance of the world.

The released promotional video contains action scenes in a snow-covered mountain landscape and in the sky. It also introduces new characters, including Terror and another Balance creature.

The music group Queen Bee is once again contributing the theme song. Following their opening theme "01" from the main series, their song "02," which was previously available as a B-side, will now be used as the ending theme for the winter special.

The plot of the series revolves around the girl Fūko, who causes accidents when she touches someone, and the immortal Andy, who together search for the "perfect death."
