Film adaptation of "My Next Life as a Villainess" supplemented with additional voice actors and details about the theme song

New details have emerged about the upcoming film adaptation of the popular light novel series "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!" A number of new faces have joined the cast, as seen in the latest promotional materials. Notable additions include Kensho Ono and Ayumu Murase, who will voice the characters Ahkil and Kumit, respectively.





The updated trailer also offers a brief glimpse of the new theme song "Harenochi Hallelujah," performed by Angela and Shōta Aoi. The film is scheduled for release on December 8 in Japan.

The original author, Satoru Yamaguchi, is lending his creative touch to the film, ensuring the core of the story remains intact. Many members of the team from previous adaptations are back on board: Keisuke Inoue is directing, and SILVER LINK is handling the animation.

The first and second seasons of the anime adaptation were released in April 2020 and July 2021, respectively.

The story revolves around Katarina Claes, a young woman who regains memories of her past life as a Japanese teenager and avid otome game player after a head injury. In an interesting twist of fate, she awakens in a world that mirrors this game. However, she is not the heroine but the villainess. Armed with knowledge of the game's many disastrous outcomes for her, she sets out to escape her impending tragic fate.
