The full trailer for the TV anime adaptation of the manga "A Girl & Her Guard Dog" (Ojō to Banken-kun) by Hatsuharu was revealed during a preview screening. The trailer features the opening song "Suki ni Naccha Dame na Hito" (A Person You Shouldn't Fall in Love With) by Masayoshi Ōishi and unveils additional staff working on the anime.

The series tells the story of Isaku, who was raised by her yakuza grandfather after her parents died in a car accident. When she enters high school, she wants to live a normal life and perhaps find love. However, her plans are disrupted when Keiya, her 26-year-old guardian and loyal family servant, enrolls at her high school to ensure her protection.
