The confrontation between Kaji and Shingo Natori, the leader of KEEL, escalates. Natori attempts to provoke Kaji with manipulative arguments, branding Furin's violence as hypocrisy and urging him to join KEEL. Kaji, however, counters resolutely and emphasizes Furin's mission to protect the city and its values – even if this requires combative means.

Meanwhile, the other Furin members fight against KEEL's overwhelming force. Despite injuries and exhaustion, they manage to eliminate KEEL's members one by one through coordinated attacks and the support of reinforcements (including Enomoto and Kusumi). Sakura and Sugishita demonstrate their strength in direct combat, while Nire shows courage despite his own weakness.

The climax lies in the psychological duel between Kaji and Natori: Natori tries to unleash Kaji's "beastly" nature by mocking him as a domesticated animal. Kaji, however, resists and emphasizes that his controlled strength is the result of Furin's unity and ethos. Parallel to this, Nagato's inner conflict is addressed – his guilt toward Anzai and Tsuchiya, who fight for him despite his rejection. The episode ends with KEEL's defeat and an emotional moment in which Nagato begins to understand Furin's unconditional loyalty.
