The 62nd Shogakukan Manga award organised this year, and the bench of judges has announced that the selected winners will get rewarded by a bronze statue and cash prize of 8,800. This award has been organising since 1956. Here is the list of Shogakukan Manga award winners of this Year:

Best Children’s Manga award: This award is taken by Ijime; it is an anime of Kaoru Igarashi. Kaoru released this manga series in 2007. This anime is entirely deal with a childhood of a girl.

Best Shonen Manga award: This award is taken by Mob Psycho 100; it is an anime of ONE. The story is all about a guy, Mob, who has gained 100% emotional capacity, because of this 100% command, he earned psychic power. He tries to live a normal life, but his 100% emotional capacity doesn’t allow him to live a normal life.

Best Shojo Manga award: This award is taken by 37.5 C no Namida (37.5 C Tears); it is an anime of Chika Shiina. This anime is all about a girl named Momoko, She takes care of sick children and tries to make them happy, but she doesn’t laugh in the entire manga. This manga was released through a magazine “Cheese”.

Best General Manga award: This award is taken by Blue Giant; it is an anime of Shinichi Ishizuka. This anime is all about a boy Dai Miyamoto. Dai is passionate about basketball. But his life got changed when he sees a live jazz performance. After the performance, he decided to be seasoned at tenor sax playing. Without any academic knowledge of tenor sax playing, he becomes world’s best tenor sax player by his own hard work.

Best General Manga award: This award is taken by Juhan Shuttai; it is an anime of Naoko Matsuda. This manga is all about the life of people who is in the magazine business. It shows how they come up with a story, publish a manga, and deliver it to customers.
