A second season for the anime series "Witch Watch" has been announced. The confirmation came alongside the broadcast of the first season's finale.

A specially created visual accompanies the announcement. The image shows the main characters Nico and Morihito together with other characters in a classroom. On the blackboard in the background, the message about the continuation of the animation production is written.

The plot of the series revolves around a boy who wants to become a witch and his childhood friend with supernatural abilities. Together they experience various adventures. The story is based on the manga original by Kengo Shinohara, which is published in the "Weekly Shōnen Jump" by the publisher Shūeisha.
