"Wondance": Anime adaptation starts in October with new trailer

The anime adaptation of the manga "Wondance" by Coffee (Kōhii) has released a second trailer, offering insights into the plot and the characters. The series will celebrate its premiere on October 8, 2025.
"Wondance" (engl. Wondance) tells the story of high school student Kabu, who suffers from a stutter and has difficulties putting his feelings into words. His life changes when he meets his classmate Wanda, who passionately and free from societal expectations dances streetdance. Through her, Kabu discovers the expressive world of freestyle dance, an art form that does without language. The series portrays his path of self-discovery and the development of his dancing abilities.
In addition to the two main characters, the new trailer introduces further members of the dance club. This includes the talented club captain Miyao On, who is known by the nickname "On-chan". Also seen are the mysterious and capable dancer Itsukushima Iori as well as the talented B-Boy Kabeya Gaku from a rival school.
The voice acting of the characters is handled by:
