The production of a second season of the anime series Youjo Senki has been officially announced for the year 2026. A new teaser visual and a first teaser trailer have been released.

The announcement of a continuation had already been made in the year 2021. The new teaser visual shows the protagonist Tanya playing a burning piano. The teaser trailer begins with a flashback to the supernatural Being X, which blocked Tanya's path in the first season, and then shows scenes of her continued fight against it.

The director of the second season, Takayuki Yamamoto, commented in a statement and expressed his honor to be able to participate in the project, and confirmed that the production is progressing intensively with an excellent team.

The plot of Youjo Senki is a military fantasy work in which a Japanese elite manager is reborn as a blonde, blue-eyed girl named Tanya Degurechaff. The series is based on the novel series of the same name by Carlo Zen. The first anime season was broadcast from January 2017, a movie was released in February 2019. The voice of Tanya continues to be performed by Aoi Yuki.
