The fourth season of the anime series "Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e", which covers the first part of the second school year, is scheduled for release in April 2026. Comprehensive news regarding the voice cast, production team, a key visual, and a first promotional video were announced.

Six new characters belonging to the first-year students were introduced with their voices. The roles and their voice actors are:

- Tsubasa Nanase, voiced by Minako Satō
- Kazuomi Hōsen, voiced by Hiroya Egashira
- Ichika Amanawa, voiced by Momoko Seto
- Takuya Yagami, voiced by Shino Tokudome
- Ōka Tsubaki, voiced by Iori Saeki
- Riku Utsunomiya, voiced by Shōgo Sakata

On the production side, there are personnel changes. The direction of the new season is taken over by Noriyuki Nomata. The series composition is handled by Yasuyuki Shigenobu, the scripts are written by him and Kyōko Katūji. The animation studio Lerche continues its work on the series.

The released key visual shows the protagonists Kiyotaka Ayanokōji and Suzune Horikita, who have now advanced to the second grade. Along with them, three of the new first-year students, Nanase, Tsubaki, and Amanawa, are seen, who will play a key role in the plot. In the first promotional video, the voices of these new characters are heard for the first time.
