"YouTuNya": A story about feline streamers taking over the anime world

Hold onto your whiskers! Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting presents a brand-new anime TV series that playfully dives into the lives of cat-like internet sensations. "YouTuNya" will premiere on April 4th in the "Asadesu" program on Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting (KBC) and will also be available on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.



"YouTuNya" explores the daily lives of three unique cat streamers, each with their own channel and personality. Nya, a small-time content creator; Tomoneko, the popular sensation; and Tsuyoneko, who's stuck in the middle, navigate the competitive and sometimes chaotic world of online streaming.

The series features a talented voice cast, including Fairouz Ai as Nya, Yuuki Kaji as Tomoneko, Mikoi Sasaki as Kawaii ne Onee-san, and Akio Ohtsuka as the narrator. The anime's creative team includes Kyō Yatate as director and sound director at Lesprit, Shaberry Man handling scriptwriting, Takada Bear designing the characters, and Anchor and Kōsuke Nishimoto composing the music. Bushiroad Move is in charge of music and sound production.

The ending theme, titled "Bazure! YouTuNya!" is performed by Yaneura Syobou feat. Pan Lunarifi and Nana Ikeda, giving the series a cheerful and catchy melody.
