An anime series based on T.P. Bon (Time Patrol Bon) by Fujiko F. Fujio has been confirmed for an exclusive release on Netflix in 2024. The series is produced by Bones Studio. The story of "T.P. Bon" revolves around an ordinary schoolgirl named Namihira Bon, who meets a girl from the future named Ream Stream, a member of the Time Patrol (T.P.). Inspired by this encounter, Bon joins the Time Patrol and embarks on grand adventures by traveling back in time to save people who have suffered unfortunate deaths without influencing history.

The new anime series will celebrate Fujio's 90th birthday and marks nearly three decades since the last adaptation of Fujio's works. The series will be produced in two seasons and directed by Masahiro Ando. The music is composed by Michiru Oshima. The trailer shows Bon and Ream traveling through time in their time boat and visiting various key moments in history, including the construction of the pyramids in Egypt, the Warring States period in Japan, and the Persian Wars in Greece.
The voice actors for the main characters have also been announced. Kouki Wakayama will voice Bon, and Atsumi Tanezaki will voice Ream.
