Kadokawa announced at the Dengeki Bunko Aki no Saiten 2016 that Kakeru Kobashiri's (author) and Yoshinori Shizuma's (illustrator) light novel series Zero Kara Hajimeru Maho no Sho will receive a TV anime, which is set to premiere in spring 2017.

Zero Kara Hajimeru Maho no Sho is a Japanese light novel series written by Kakeru Kobashiri and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma. It won the grand prize at the 20th Dengeki Novel Awards in 2013. ASCII Media Works has published seven volumes so far. The manga adaptation was illustrated by Takashi Iwasaki.
