In Episode 11 of "Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead," the village faces an relentless onslaught of zombies, plunging its residents into a desperate fight for survival. Amid the battle against the undead, Akira is determined to reach his endangered parents. At the same time, Anju and her dog Charo meet Kencho on a rooftop, who escorts them to safety.

The episode features a series of confrontations. Kencho engages in a fierce battle with one of Higurashi's henchmen. Elsewhere, Beatrix clashes with a female adversary who thwarts her plan to disable the village's defenses.

Amid the chaos, Shizuka takes command and attempts to lead the villagers, including Tome and Hiko, to safety. Her efforts meet resistance when Tome urges her to prioritize her own well-being. Nevertheless, Shizuka bravely succeeds in diverting the zombies away from the villagers.

Meanwhile, Akira defends his family and the other survivors with all his might. In a selfless act, his father confronts the zombies so Akira can protect his mother. This moment is interrupted by flashbacks revealing the troubled past of Kencho's opponent.

The episode reaches its climax when Akira's father valiantly battles the zombie horde, only to be overwhelmed by his illness. In a surprising twist, Higurashi intervenes and saves him from the zombies. Higurashi then presents Akira with a horrifying ultimatum: either he steps outside and faces zombification, or he watches as his father is fed to the zombies.
