In episode 4 of "Zom 100 - Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto," the story revolves around Akira and his friend Kenichiro as they try to survive in a zombie-infested Tokyo. The episode begins with them enjoying a camping trip in the middle of the city. They cook and eat together while talking about their dreams and wishes.

Akira reveals his list of "100 things I want to do before I become a zombie," which includes seeing the Northern Lights and romancing a flight attendant. Kenichiro adds his own dreams to the list, such as becoming a stand-up comedian. They decide to stick together and help each other achieve their goals.

Their journey takes them to Ikebukuro, where they hope to find a widescreen TV for a gaming marathon. However, they encounter a horde of zombies and must ride a motorcycle through an underground shopping mall to escape. They manage to find the TV and meet three flight attendants—Reika, Maki, and Yukari—who have also survived the zombie outbreak.

The group decides to stay together for the time being, sharing food and drinks while trying to keep their spirits up. Akira and Kenichiro even manage to eat and drink with the flight attendants, fulfilling one of the items on their list. But the situation takes a dark turn when Maki and Reika are bitten and turn into zombies. Yukari is also bitten but manages to talk to Akira about her dreams and wishes before she transforms.

The episode ends with Akira and Kenichiro barely escaping the zombie-infested mall and taking the widescreen TV with them. Despite the grim circumstances, they remain determined to live life to the fullest and fulfill their dreams before becoming zombies.
