The TV series "#Zombie Sagashitemasu" has released character videos for all five main characters. From July 27 to July 31, one video was released on each of five consecutive days, each focusing on one of the characters. The series concluded on July 31 with the clip for Sakura, so the complete set for Aki, Natsuki, Haru, Yu, and Sakura is now available. The anime adaptation was announced in September 2025; the cast and staff were revealed in March 2026. The broadcast starts in October 2026 in the "IMAnimation" slot of Japanese broadcaster TV Asahi and its network of 24 affiliated stations. The series airs Saturdays at 23:30. In parallel with the series, publisher Yen Press secured the rights for an English-language omnibus edition of the manga at San Diego Comic-Con 2026.
