For the 21st anniversary of "Eyeshield 21": A special one-shot release in Weekly Shonen Jump

To celebrate the 21st anniversary of "Eyeshield 21," the popular manga series by Riichiro Inagaki with illustrations by Yusuke Murata, fans are being treated to a special one-shot continuation gracing the pages of the ninth issue of the year of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The highly anticipated story picks up where the final volume left off, taking the characters, including protagonist Sena Kobayakawa, into the exciting world of college football.

The 55-page one-shot in vibrant colors depicts the characters tackling the challenges and ambitions of their new athletic endeavors, embodying their dreams and pride on the college football field.

"Eyeshield 21" originally ran from July 2002 to June 2009, spanning a total of 37 volumes. The series follows the journey of the shy student Sena Kobayakawa, who, under the guidance of the mysterious Hiruma, transforms into the lightning-fast running back "Eyeshield 21" of the Deimon Devil Bats football team. In this role, Sena utilizes the speed he honed through years of working as an errand runner to forge a new identity on the field.
