Koko Fukushima is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with Avex Pictures. She was born in Saitama Prefecture on December 22, 2006. During her first year of high school, she enrolled in a training school's vocal course due to an interest in singing, which subsequently led her to develop an interest in acting and pursue a career as a voice actor. Her hobbies include watching dramas and films, and she has shown an interest in acting and direction, as evidenced by her practice of purchasing scripts.

Fukushima made her voice acting debut in 2021, landing the role of Giulia Marcovaldo in the Japanese dubbed version of the Disney and Pixar animated film Luca. This was the first audition she ever attended. Her first major role in an anime television series came in 2022 when she was cast as Yuamu Ōdō, one of the main characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!, a role she played until the series concluded in 2025. Her portrayal of the character also extended to the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links in 2024. In addition to her work in anime, Fukushima has an extensive portfolio in dubbing foreign-language content. Her voice acting work includes the live-action series True Spirit, Best Foot Forward, Constellation, and a role as Katara in the Japanese dub of the series Avatar: The Last Airbender. She also provided the voice for Lin in the animated film The Monkey King. In 2024, she took on roles in the anime series Nijiyon Animation 2 and Love Live! Superstar!!.

Beyond her voice acting career, Fukushima also performs music under the name koco. She held a piano and vocal concert in July 2022.
