Miki Kagawa is the former stage name of a Japanese voice actress born on March 19, 1947, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. She is now professionally known as Yoshino Ohtori.

Her career began in the 1970s, and she was active under the name Miki Kagawa for a significant portion of her early work. During this period, she took on a variety of roles in several notable anime series of the era. In 1979, she voiced the character Elias in the television series Toshi Gordian, as well as the character Toropinu in the same series. Her other prominent roles from this time include Suneo's mother in the 1979 Doraemon series and its subsequent films, a childcare officer in Mobile Suit Gundam, and Commander Sumika in Muteki Kōjin Daitarn 3. She also provided voices for Muteki Chōjin Zambot 3, Space Warrior Baldios, and The Super Dimension Fortress Macross.

The actress later changed her professional name to Yoshino Ohtori and has continued a long and active career under that name. Her filmography under the name Yoshino Ohtori includes roles in Rozen Maiden, Fafner in the Azure, RahXephon, Romeo × Juliet, Maho Girls PreCure!, and Chihayafuru 3. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production.
