Jorge Lillo Godoy is a Chilean voice actor, narrator, and announcer with a professional career spanning over two decades. He began working in the voiceover industry in 1995, providing narrations and character performances in neutral Spanish for a wide array of audiovisual formats across Chile and Latin America.

Lillo is well-recognized for his extensive work in anime dubbing. One of his notable early roles was as the titular character Yamazaki in the series Gakkyū-ō Yamazaki, known in Spanish as Yamazaki, el rey de la clase. He is also known for providing the Latin American Spanish voice of the pilot Rick Thunderbolt in the internationally co-produced anime series Oban Star-Racers. His other significant contributions to anime include voicing Shadow the Hedgehog, E-102 Gamma, and Doug in Sonic X, as well as roles in the various Zoids franchises, such as Thomas Richard Schubaltz in Zoids and Jack Cisco in Zoids: Nuevo Siglo.

Beyond anime, Lillo's voice acting portfolio is diverse, encompassing a wide range of animated series and films. He voiced the father, Jonathan Long, in Jake Long: El dragón occidental and was the first voice of the narrator Shiro Shinobi in The Legend of Korra. His work in animation also includes characters like Captain Polar in Octonautas, Sparks in Súper Escuadrón Ciber Monos Hiperfuerza ¡Ya!, and Skrawl in Zona Tiza. In feature-length animated films, he has participated in Chilean productions such as Nahuel and the Magic Book, voicing multiple characters including Antonio and Chon Chon, and in Condorito: La película as Molosco for the Chilean dub.

In addition to animation, Lillo has an extensive career dubbing live-action film and television. He is the dubbing voice for Harry Bosch in the series Bosch and Bosch: El legado. His film dubbing credits include playing Rick Stanton in 13 vidas (for Viggo Mortensen), Francis Begbie in a second version dub of Trainspotting (for Robert Carlyle), and Frank Moses in Red (for Bruce Willis). He has also been active in dubbing Turkish telenovelas for the Latin American market.

Lillo's professional profile highlights his vocal range, covering young adult, middle-aged, and senior characters with a general Latin American or neutral Spanish accent. His work as a commercial announcer is also notable; he has been the lead brand voice for Radio Disney Chile since 2008.
