Isabel Ribas is a Portuguese voice actress known for her extensive work in the European Portuguese dubbing of animated series and films, particularly within the anime genre. Her career began in 1981 with her involvement in the Portuguese dub of the animated series The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

Ribas is recognized for her long-standing contributions to the European Portuguese version of the Pokémon anime. Her work on this franchise began with the first movie, where she voiced the character Neesha. She went on to voice several key and recurring characters in the series, including the main coordinator May, Ash Ketchum's mother Delia Ketchum, Officer Jenny, and Cassidy from Team Rocket. She also provided the voice for the character Galea in a Pocket Monsters: Battle Frontier episode.

Beyond Pokémon, Ribas voiced two of the main characters, Musa and Tecna, in the first European Portuguese dub of the popular animated series Winx Club. Her role in this production was extensive, as she also voiced other characters such as the school principal Faragonda, the witch Griffin, the narrator, and first voices for several secondary characters like Amaryl and Mitzi. Her portfolio includes a wide variety of other well-known roles across different animations, such as Daisy Duck in Disney productions, Angelica in Rugrats, and Kanga in Winnie-the-Pooh. More recent work includes voice roles in series like O Destemido Príncipe Ivandoe and Kizazi Moto: Geração Fogo in 2022.
