Luísa Salgueiro is a Portuguese voice actress known for her work on animated series and video games dubbed into European Portuguese. Information about her career is limited, but her credits include several notable roles from the 1980s and 1990s.

She provided the Portuguese voice for the title character in the animated series A Senhora Pimentinha, the European Portuguese dub of the Japanese anime Spoon Obasan, which aired on RTP in 1986 and 1987.
