Miwa Kouzuki is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on March 6, 1975, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her career, which began in the late 1990s, has spanned work in anime television series, original video animations, and video games.
Kouzuki made her voice acting debut in 1998, taking on minor roles in productions such as the television anime Good Boy. In the early 2000s, she became active in the adult game market under various aliases, including Haruno Hiyori. However, she transitioned away from this sector of the industry around 2002 to focus on general audience animation and film work. Her early prominent roles included voicing Tomomi Aizawa in the film Pia Carrot e Yōkoso!! - Sayaka no Koi Monogatari and Shigaraki Miako in the OVA With You ~Mitsumeteitai~.
