Shūichirō Moriyama was a Japanese actor and voice actor born on July 26, 1934, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. His real name was Hiroo Ōtsuka. He passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 86 due to pneumonia.

Moriyama was active in the entertainment industry from 1957 until his death. He was known for his distinctive, deep voice and built a substantial career across both live-action television dramas and animated feature films. In addition to his on-screen and voice work, he was also the official Japanese dubbing artist for several prominent Western actors, including Telly Savalas, Jean Gabin, Spencer Tracy, and Lino Ventura.

One of his most celebrated voice acting roles was as the titular character, Porco Rosso (Kurenai no Buta), in Hayao Miyazaki's 1992 animated film Porco Rosso. His filmography also includes significant roles in other major anime productions. He voiced King Gurumesu in the 1986 film Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies. In 1993, he provided the voice for the antagonist Sakaki Hyobu in the influential film Ninja Scroll. He also had roles in the Doraemon film series, appearing as Napogistrator Isei in Doraemon: Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth (1993) and as Dester in Doraemon: Nobita and the Robot Kingdom (2002).

Moriyama also contributed to the long-running Lupin III franchise, which was specifically referenced in the prompt. (1996), where he played the character Ryo Kishikawa.
