He is most prominently recognized for voicing the character Yujiro Hanma in the English adaptation of the classic Baki the Grappler anime. This role, in the Funimation-produced dub of the 2001 television series, is a signature part of his career, where he portrayed the series' primary antagonist and the father of the protagonist. He also provided the voice for other characters in the Baki franchise, including Ryuu Kaioh in Grappler Baki Maximum Tournament and a bandit leader in the initial series.
