Doug Burks is an American voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime series and films. Born on October 6, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, he is also credited professionally under his full name, Douglass Burks. His body of work is primarily associated with anime productions dubbed in English during the late 1990s and 2000s.
Burks is perhaps best recognized for his role as Tokugawa in the anime series Grappler Baki: Maximum Tournament, known in some regions as Baki the Grappler. He provided the English voice for this character across 21 episodes of the 2001 series.
