Masayuki Omoro is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on March 6, 1948, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 PRODUCE. His career as a performer began in the 1970s with stage acting before he transitioned to voice acting in the 1980s, remaining active in the industry through the 2010s.

Omoro has built a prolific career, lending his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, video games, and foreign-language dubs. Among his most recognized anime roles are Izo Motobe in the Grappler Baki series and its Maximum Tournament arc, and several characters within the Pokémon franchise. In Pokémon, his roles include the Pyramid King Brandon in Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire, the Team Rocket scientist Dr. Zager in Pokémon the Series: Black & White, and Giallo in the Pokémon Generations web series. Other notable anime credits include Tim Marcoh in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, President Brian Stegmeyer in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Kyōzō Kinzan in Inazuma Eleven GO, and various guest roles in long-running series such as Detective Conan and Naruto: Shippuden. His film work includes a role in the animated feature You Look Like a Delicious Meal.
