Kenji Kitamura is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, born on June 17, 1985. He began his career in 2009, with his debut role being a teacher in the video game Memoirs Off 6 Next Relation. For a significant portion of his career, he was affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab before becoming a freelance voice actor in August 2019.

Kitamura has built a career characterized by a wide range of supporting roles in numerous anime television series. His early work in the 2010s included parts in popular shows such as Haganai, A Certain Scientific Railgun, Little Busters!, and the long-running series Doraemon and Gintama.
