Yui Otagiri is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. She was born on October 17 in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan.

Her path to a professional voice acting career began in 2013 when she secured second place in the national Voice Soul competition. She later became an official member of 81 Produce in 2017, marking the start of her professional activities. Otagiri is known to speak the Kōshū dialect, a regional language variant from her home prefecture.

Otagiri's voice acting roles span anime television series, video games, and other media. Her anime credits from the late 2010s include roles such as Ayane in In Another World With My Smartphone (2017), Hina Takajō in Hanebado! (2018), Frida in If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord (2019), and Maria in By the Grace of the Gods (2020). She also voiced Menmen in Interspecies Reviewers (2020).

In the 2020s, her roles continued with Maria in the second season of By the Grace of the Gods (2023). One of her credited roles is as Kee in the 2022 anime adaptation of the light novel series In the Land of Leadale. In video games, her work includes roles in Final Fantasy VII Remake and Duel Masters Play`s.
