Tsubasa Gouden is a Japanese voice actor born on December 29, 1994, in Saitama Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, also known as Haikyo. Gouden is a graduate of the Haikyo Voice Actors training program, having completed the 56th term, and officially joined the agency in 2020.

Gouden began his career in the mid-2010s, with early experience including minor roles in anime such as a student in Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san and a French cat in Neko Neko Nihonshi. His first major recurring roles came in 2017 with the television series Classroom of the Elite, where he voiced the character Teruhiko Yukimura. He continued to build his filmography with supporting roles in series like Tada Never Falls in Love and Kanojo mo Kanojo.

In 2022, Gouden voiced another prominent role as Takeru Kakuryu in the romantic comedy anime When Will Ayumu Make His Move?. His work in anime is complemented by a substantial number of roles in video games. His game credits include Lucious in Aster Tataricus, Sora Arisugawa in Kabe-Do Kareshi, Cecil in Trickster: Summoner ni Naritai, and Julius in Ordinal Strata.
