Clara Rocha was a Brazilian voice actress, dublator, and vocal coach known for her work in anime localization. She held a master's degree in scenic arts from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and studied theater at the Célia Helena Theater School. Her training also included voice acting studies in Los Angeles in 2018, and she was a member of the Clube da Voz, an association of professional voice actors. Rocha was also a licensed speech therapist, specializing in voice, and worked as a vocal coach, preparing other talents for dubbing and performance.

Her career as a dublator was closely associated with the Dubrasil studio, where she lent her voice to numerous characters in anime series. Among her most recognized roles were Galatea in the series Claymore and Sylvia Sherwood in the popular anime Spy×Family. She also voiced Asako Ryono in Blue Reflection Ray and the mother of the character Shimamura in the series Adachi and Shimamura, a role specifically noted by the user.

Beyond her on-screen roles, Rocha had a recurring professional collaboration with the Dubrasil studio, where she worked not only as a dubbing actress but also as a speech therapist and professor, guiding other voice talents. She was also affiliated with the Clube da Voz, an association for professional voice-over artists.

A notable achievement in her career outside of dubbing was her work in theater. She was a member of the theater group "Os Barulhentos" from 2013 to 2018, and the group received the APCA award for best adult theatrical production in 2015 for the play Aqui estamos com milhares de cães vindos do mar. Clara Rocha passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 37.
