Chinatsu Hirose is a Japanese voice actress born in Saitama Prefecture on August 25, 2000. She is affiliated with the talent agency Atomic Monkey, having graduated from its affiliated voice actor and acting training school as part of the 14th generation. Her interest in voice acting led her to attend Nihon Kogakuin College. Outside of acting, her hobbies and skills include songwriting, composition, and singing while playing an instrument, as well as watching videos of fish processing.

Hirose's career began to take shape during her student years. In October 2019, she started co-hosting the radio program &CAST!!! Awa Love Palet! with fellow voice actress Aoki Ruriko. She officially joined Atomic Monkey in April 2020. Her first major breakthrough and leading role came in 2021 when she was cast as Matsuri Hibino, the main protagonist of the TV anime series Waccha PriMagi!. This role marked her first regular appearance as a lead character and established her as a rising talent in the industry.

Building on this debut, Hirose has continued to take on a variety of roles in both anime series and films. In 2022, she voiced the character Hanako Sorano in the fantasy anime Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer. That same year, she also lent her voice to the role of Shion Ichinomiya in the series Urawa no Usagi-chan. Her work in animation expanded to include film, with a role in the 2023 movie Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning. In 2024, she was cast in a new adaptation of the classic series Ranma ½, voicing a female student. A notable film role came in 2025, when she voiced the character Tomomi Satō in the animated feature Dragon Heart: Adventures Beyond This World, alongside Yusuke Kobayashi.

In addition to her work in anime, Hirose has contributed to the Japanese dubs of foreign productions and video games. She provided the Japanese voice for the character Mouse Honrada in the 2022 drama series Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin. In the gaming world, she voiced the character Susannah in the popular game Honkai Impact 3rd in 2022.

A notable aspect of Hirose's early career is her involvement in music related to her roles, particularly for Waccha PriMagi!. She performed several character songs as Matsuri Hibino, including the ending theme Magical Future and various insert songs for the series, which were released on character mini-albums in 2022 and 2023. She also participated in music projects outside of that series, such as the song Harmony for the swing,sing project in 2022.
