Bruno Oliver is an American actor and voice artist with a background in theater, film, and television who has also worked on anime dubbing projects. Born in Chicago, Illinois on April 28, 1965, he was raised there and began his performance career in the citys off-loop theater scene after attending Wesleyan University. He later earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Washingtons Professional Actor Training Program before relocating to Los Angeles to further his acting career. In addition to his performance work, Oliver is also active as a teacher, coach, and career consultant.

Within the realm of anime dubbing, Oliver is primarily known for his work with VSI Los Angeles, a studio where he has provided voices for English-language adaptations. His most prominent anime role to date is Roddy Diesel in the 2021 Netflix original anime series Super Crooks, which was produced by the renowned animation studio Bones and is based on the comic book by Mark Millar and Leinil Francis Yu. In the English dub of the series, he voiced the character of Roddy Diesel, a member of the crew of supervillains. This role is noted as his debut in anime voice acting. Following Super Crooks, Oliver contributed additional voices to another Netflix anime production, the 2023 science fiction series Make My Day.
