Shuntarō Mizuno

Shuntarō Mizuno is a Japanese voice actor, or seiyū, from Okayama Prefecture, born on January 12. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab, having joined in March 2024 after a period as a freelancer following his departure from his former agency, RME Corporation, at the end of September 2022.

Mizuno is recognized for his versatile performances across anime, video games, and dubbing for foreign films. He is notably fluent in the Okayama dialect, a skill that occasionally adds authenticity to his character portrayals.

His most prominent anime role to date is Takei in the television series Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki. He has voiced this character consistently, from the first drama CD adaptation, through the first season which premiered in January 2021, and into the second season, 2nd Stage, which aired in 2024. He also reprised the role for a drama CD bundled with the series' eighth light novel volume. Other anime credits include minor roles in Nintama Rantarou and an announced role as a classical literature teacher in the upcoming series Please Wear, Takamine-san, set to premiere in 2025.

Beyond anime, Mizuno has an extensive body of work in video game voice acting. His game roles include Jerome in NightCry, Faust in Ys VI Online, and the protagonist Henry in the Japanese dub of the role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He is also active in dubbing foreign films and animations, providing Japanese voices for characters in films such as Hitman: Impossible, Undercover, and Arctic Dogs.
