Iori Noguchi
Description
Iori Noguchi is a Japanese voice actress and idol, born on April 26, 2000, in Ibaraki Prefecture. She is affiliated with Yoyogi Animation Academy and is a prominent member of the voice actress idol group =LOVE.
Her career began in 2017 when she successfully auditioned for the =LOVE project, produced by Rino Sashihara. The group was formed with the concept of being a "voice actress idol group," blending musical performance with voice acting careers. Noguchi debuted as an idol with the group and quickly took on a central role, serving as double center for a B-side on their debut single. She has since continued to be a core member of =LOVE, later becoming the center for several of the group's singles.
Parallel to her music career, Noguchi has built a portfolio of voice acting roles. In 2018, she voiced Chikako Ōmori in the anime I'm glad I could keep running. A major role came in 2022 when she played Nanami Totsuka in the television anime Shine Post. Her other anime voice roles include Eagle in Maou-sama, Retry! R and Rosetta in The 5000-year-old Herbivorous Dragon, both in 2024. She has also contributed her voice to various video games, such as Station Memories! and Megido 72.
Beyond voice work, Noguchi has demonstrated her versatility as an entertainer. She has appeared in stage productions, including a role in the Fruits Basket 2nd season stage play. Her acting extends to live-action television dramas, such as a lead role in DIY!! -Do It Yourself- in 2023. Noguchi is also known for her deep knowledge of anime and gaming culture, frequently appearing as a commentator and MC on related television and web programs. Her passion for the medium is well-documented, including her habit of creating detailed "anime notebooks" to catalogue series, staff, and voice actors.
