Ricardo Rocha is a Mexican dubbing actor, voice actor, and theater actor known for his work in the Latin American Spanish localization of anime, films, and television series. He has built a career providing voices for a wide array of characters across different media.

In the anime series Spriggan, Ricardo Rocha voices the character Bo Brantz, a secret agent serving as a bodyguard for a Neo-Nazi faction in Egypt. His anime filmography includes a variety of roles in popular and long-running series. He is credited with voicing Roa in the Funimation version of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, as well as Basque Grand in the same series. In the Naruto franchise, he provided the voice for Kagari and additional voices.
