Mitsuho Kambe is a Japanese voice actress born on September 13, 1996, in Hyogo Prefecture. She began her career in 2016 after being selected from approximately 3,000 applicants in the first Kimikoe Audition organized by Tohokushinsha and Family Gekijo. As one of the six successful finalists, she became a founding member of the voice acting unit NOW ON AIR, with red as her member color. She made her major debut in the 2017 feature anime film Your Voice -KIMIKOE-, voicing the central character Ayame Nakahara. She was initially affiliated with Office PAC before moving to Osawa Office in April 2024.

Kambe has built a diverse portfolio of anime roles across various series. In the 2022 Netflix series Spriggan, she voiced the character Rie Yamabishi. That same year, she portrayed Oshizu Hebimori in the television series Akebi's Sailor Uniform. In 2024, she took on the roles of both Asebi and Izutsumi in the anime adaptation of Delicious in Dungeon. Her other anime credits include appearances in No Guns Life, Kaiju No. 8, My Oni Girl, The Colors Within, and Bye Bye, Earth.

Beyond anime, Kambe has contributed voice work to numerous video game franchises, including Granblue Fantasy, Dragon Quest XI S, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, and League of Legends as the character Nilah. She is also active in overseas dubbing for films and series on streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+. Additionally, she has participated in multimedia projects, including the Cheer Cubs! franchise where she played Komachi Nagamiya and became a core member of the associated voice unit Qace. Her work also extends to narration for documentaries, children's events, and entertainment programs, including commentary for specialized shogi and go channels.

Kambe is recognized for her energetic and resonant voice, which allows her to portray a wide range of characters from main heroines to quirky supporting roles. She is often described as a mood maker among her peers. Her hobbies include competitive karuta and karaoke, and she possesses unique skills such as naming all 47 Japanese prefectures in under 15 seconds and performing a back hip circle without using her hands.
