Minae Noji is an American actress and voice actress known for her work in television, film, and animation. Born on May 30, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, she developed an interest in performing arts from a young age. She attended the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and music, providing a foundation for her diverse career in entertainment. Noji began her on-screen career in the early 2000s with appearances in television series such as Power Rangers Time Force and Spin City, but she gradually built an extensive portfolio in voice acting for animated series and video games.

Noji has lent her voice to numerous prominent anime series and animated shows. She is recognized for her role as Tomoe Tsurugi in the English adaptation of the popular magical girl series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, a character she has voiced since 2017. Her work also includes voicing Brittney Wong in the Disney Channel series Star vs. the Forces of Evil and Alopex in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series. Her versatility extends to live-action television as well, where she is known for her long-running role as Dr. Kelly Lee on the daytime soap opera General Hospital, appearing in over 230 episodes from 2006 to 2017.

One of her notable roles in anime is providing the English voice for the character Tomoe in the series Lupin the 3rd Part 6. In the show's second season arc, Tomoe is a mysterious figure from the past of the legendary thief Arsène Lupin III, portrayed as a skilled and ruthless instructor who may hold the key to his forgotten memories.
