Ryunosuke Yamaguchi is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Atomic Monkey. He was born in Tokyo on June 17, 1992. He is a graduate of the Atomic Monkey Voice Actor and Acting Institute, having completed the program as part of its 10th graduating class, and officially joined the agency in April 2018.

His debut in animation was a minor role in the long-running series One Piece in 2016, where he voiced a character named Ryunosuke. In the years following his debut, he built his career with a variety of supporting roles in television anime. These include appearances in series such as Hinomaruzumou, Meiji Tokyo Renka, and Zombie Land Saga Revenge. He has also participated in notable animated films, providing additional voices for Gintama: The Very Final and Belle. His role as the character Hyota Sagara in the 2022 television anime series Dance Dance Danseur stands as one of his more prominent credits to date. He has also expanded into voice work for foreign language dubbing, voicing Morty Smith in the Japanese dub of Space Jam: A New Legacy.

Yamaguchi comes from a well-known family in the voice acting industry. He is the son of the celebrated voice actor Kappei Yamaguchi, and his younger sister, Akane Yamaguchi, is also a voice actress. This family connection has led to several on-screen collaborations. He and his father both appeared in an episode of One Piece in 2016. His sister, Akane, later made her own debut, and the three family members have all appeared together in the television anime series Muu no Mahoutsukai Henki. His given name, Ryunosuke, shares its writing with the character Ryunosuke Fujinami from the classic series Urusei Yatsura, a series in which his father also performed. Similarly, his sister's name, Akane, is the same as the protagonist of Ranma ½, his father's first leading role.

Beyond anime, Yamaguchi has demonstrated a range of talents and interests. He has hosted his own radio program, Yamaguchi Ryunosuke no Osaki Freak!, on the local station FM Shinagawa. He has also worked as a narrator for audiobooks on Amazon Audible. His personal interests include the traditional Japanese comedic storytelling art of rakugo and following sumo wrestling. He also holds a level 2 DJ license. His stated career aspiration is to one day voice the main protagonist in a series from Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, with the goal of bringing smiles to children through his work in family-oriented animation.
