Ernesto Medrano is a Mexican voice actor, director, singer, and beatboxer known for his work in the Latin American Spanish dubbing industry. He is a graduate of the SIGE Produciendo school.

Medrano has an extensive career providing voices for a wide range of animated and live-action productions. In animation, he is known for playing Paco in the film The Casagrandes Movie and for taking over as the voice of the same character in the second season of the series The Casagrandes. He also provided the voice for the second Toad guard in the Latin Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Additional animated film credits include roles in Telma the Unicorn, The Bad Guys, and Trolls World Tour. His work in live-action dubbing includes voicing the character DJ Herzogenaurach in Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers and providing the Spanish voice for Gozer in Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

Within the realm of anime and animated series, one of Medrano's notable roles is that of Keith Goodman, also known as the superhero Sky High, in the second season of Tiger & Bunny 2. His other anime credits are extensive and include voicing Zuss in Dorohedoro, Yuri Drewes in The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent, Nikola in Plunderer, and Saint Charlos in One Piece. He has also been involved in dubbing for series such as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Pokémon Journeys, and Beyblade Burst QuadDrive. His work in Western animation series includes voicing Starscream in Transformers: Earthspark and a role in Love, Death & Robots.

Beyond his work as a voice actor, Medrano has also taken on roles as a dubbing director. His directing credits include the series The Vince Staples Show and Murder in Marseille. He is also recognized for his skill as a beatboxer.
