Toshitsugu Takashina is a Japanese male voice actor from Tokyo, born on May 16. He is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. After graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute, he began his career in the early 2000s.

Takashina has built a career with a wide variety of voice roles in anime television series, original video animations, and video games. His voice work spans numerous popular and long-running franchises, including NARUTO, Gintama, BLEACH, One Piece, and My Hero Academia.
