Shintaro Ogawa is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He was born on May 15, 1991, in Ibaraki Prefecture. Ogawa is a graduate of Aoni Juku, the training school affiliated with his agency, having completed the 31st term of the Tokyo school. He made his professional debut as a voice actor in 2011.

Ogawa has built a career providing voices for a range of characters in anime series and video games. One of his notable and recurring roles is Tsuneyuki Okudera in the long-running anime series World Trigger, appearing in the main series as well as its third season. His other major anime roles include Soichi Okita in Code:Breaker and Imai in Red Data Girl. He has also contributed voices to numerous other series, often in supporting or guest roles, such as in Blue Spring Ride, The Knight in the Area, and Blast of Tempest.
