Chihiro Ikki is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Aoni Production. She was born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, on April 16, 1989. She is a graduate of Gakushuin University and the 32nd class of the Aoni Juku training school, the training institution affiliated with her agency.

Ikki made her voice acting debut in 2010 with a role in the video game Yakuza 4. Her first major recurring role in an animated television series came in 2012, when she voiced the character Diana in the anime adaptation of the game,探险Driland.
