Hikaru Ueda is a Japanese voice actress born on November 14, 1996, in Ibaraki Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Hive Six, having previously been represented by EARLY WING and Office Anemone. Her path to becoming a voice actor began at the Yoyogi Animation Academy, an experience that solidified her passion for the industry.

Ueda's professional career started in 2014 with minor roles, such as in the series The Seven Deadly Sins.
