Kitsune Kagura is a Japanese voice actor born on December 24, 1989, in Itami, Hyogo Prefecture. He began his professional training in April 2009 at the Japan Narration Acting Institute. His career officially started in 2012 when he joined the talent agency I'm Enterprise, with one of his earliest roles being a student in the anime Little Busters!. He remained with I'm Enterprise until the end of 2019, after which he worked as a freelancer before becoming affiliated with the agency Nexeed in April 2024. In January 2022, he changed his stage name from Kagura Hiroyuki to Kitsune Kagura.

Kagura is perhaps best known for his long-running role as Kenji Miyazawa across all seasons and the film of the popular anime series Bungo Stray Dogs. His other significant anime roles include Christopher Lowe in Cardfight!! Vanguard G, Ryo Nishimiya in Sanrio Boys, and Kyosuke Momoi in I★Chu. He has also appeared in supporting roles in series such as Mob Psycho 100, The Morose Mononokean, Blend S, and Dr. STONE.

Beyond anime, Kagura has lent his voice to numerous video game characters in franchises like Granblue Fantasy, Shironeko Project, and I★Chu. A notable aspect of his career is his extensive work dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. His dubbing credits include lead roles in Paddington, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Lady Bird, and the series Heroes Reborn.
