Sango Harukawa is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator best known as the artist of the manga and anime franchise Bungo Stray Dogs. Harukawa was born on May 3rd in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her professional career in 2012, with her first credited work being the illustration of the light novel Sorano Hoshi. Her major debut came when she was assigned as the illustrator for Bungo Stray Dogs, which began serialization in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in December 2012. The series is a collaboration with writer Kafka Asagiri, where Harukawa is responsible for the character designs and artwork while Asagiri handles the story and scripting.

Beyond the main series, Harukawa has contributed her artistic identity to numerous projects within the Bungo Stray Dogs universe.
