Naomi Payton is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with Sony Music Artists. She was born in Saitama Prefecture on July 1, 2003. Payton began her career in the entertainment industry in October 2017 as a member of the idol group IdolING!!!, a project which concluded in December 2019. Her debut as a voice actor came in August 2019, when she voiced the character Keiko Takahashi in the mobile game BATON=RELAY.

Payton's most prominent and career-defining role is Sumire Heanna in the anime series Love Live! Superstar!!. The role was announced in December 2020, and she performs as a member of Liella!, the school idol group featured in the series. In addition to her work with Liella!, Payton launched her career as a solo artist, releasing her first single, Mahou, in March 2023. Her second single, Nemesis, followed in November of the same year. She is also set to release her first personal photo book, titled Naomi Payton Personal Photo Book Watashi, in April 2025.
