Nako Misaki is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Hyogo Prefecture, born on March 8, 1999. She is affiliated with the talent agency Holy Peak and the record label Lantis. Her journey into the industry was inspired by the Love Live! franchise, which she discovered in junior high school through her older sister. After graduating from high school, she pursued her goal by attending the Osaka Amusement Media College's Department of Voice Acting.

Her debut and most prominent role to date is as Chisato Arashi in the 2021 television anime Love Live! Superstar!!, a role she has continued to reprise in its subsequent second and third seasons. As part of this project, she became a member of the series' associated idol group, Liella!, performing as the character. Beyond the Love Live! franchise, her anime roles have been steadily growing. In 2024, she voiced the character Toto in The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases. She is also set to join the cast of the second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability, providing the voice for the character Lami.

In 2023, Misaki expanded her artistic career by making her solo debut as a singer under the Lantis label. Her debut album, Day to You, was released in July 2023 and peaked at number seven on the Oricon Albums Chart. Later that year, she released her first solo single, Sweet Sign, which served as the ending theme song for the anime series The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You; the single reached number nine on the Oricon Singles Chart. Her work often sees a recurring collaboration between her voice acting and music careers, as she also performs the ending theme song Meteor for I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince season 2, a series in which she also has a voice role.
