Wakana Ōkuma is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency Ken Production. She was born in Saitama Prefecture on April 13, 2001. Her interest in performance began at the age of five with jazz dance, and she later studied modern and contemporary dance styles during her middle school years. Her passion for voice acting was sparked in elementary school after watching the anime Hunter x Hunter, where she was inspired by female voice actors portraying young male characters. To pursue this career, she enrolled in a public high school specializing in performing arts, where she studied classical ballet and gained experience in stage production, sound engineering, and lighting. Following her graduation, she successfully auditioned for a voice acting agency.

Ōkuma made her professional debut in 2021 with a minor role in the Japanese dub of the Marvel film Eternals. Her first major and most prominent role to date came in 2022, when she was cast as Shiki Wakana in the popular multimedia franchise Love Live! Superstar!!. Shiki Wakana is a second-generation member of the fictional idol group Liella!, portrayed as a scientifically-minded and curt girl who is a member of the science club. This role significantly raised her public profile as both a voice actress and a performer within the franchise.

In addition to her work in Love Live! Superstar!!, Ōkuma has taken on other minor roles in anime and video games. Her anime appearances include a female zombie in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead in 2023 and a female student in The Strongest Tank's Labyrinth Raids in 2024. In the realm of video games, her roles include Daisangen in Sega Net Mahjong MJ, Mother Sphere in Stellar Blade, Shokushin in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and Nanoka Kurobe in Magical Girl Witch Trials, all released in 2024 and 2025. She also reprises her role as Shiki Wakana in the Love Live! School Idol Festival game.

Beyond voice acting, Ōkuma is also pursuing a career in music. In August 2024, she announced her solo music project, Spileben, which is intended to showcase a different, bolder artistic persona distinct from her image in Love Live!. Her debut EP as Spileben, titled Joshō, was released digitally and physically in late 2024. In 2025, she also became a part of the Love Live! special unit AiScReam, whose song "Ai Scream!" gained international popularity on social media.
