Moe Fujisaki is the original creator behind the manga series Fudanshi Shōkan: Isekai de Shinjū ni Hameraremashita. This work is a boys love isekai comedy that began serialization in 2019 on the Comic Marginal website. The story follows a fudanshi, a male fan of boys love manga, who dies in a traffic accident while purchasing such material and finds himself transported to another world. As of December 2024, the series had achieved cumulative sales of over 1.3 million copies across its print and digital editions. A four-episode television anime adaptation of the series was produced, with its first episode debuting in September 2020. Fujisaki is also credited as the author of Tondemonai Ore no Alpha, a manga published by Charles Comics in March 2020. An anniversary book celebrating the release of the tenth volume of Fudanshi Shōkan was released in December 2024, which included newly drawn manga by Fujisaki. A special edition of the seventh volume of the series, released in 2023, was bundled with a drama CD.
