Keito Okuyama is a Japanese voice actor and performer affiliated with the agency Style Cube. He was born in Iga City, Mie Prefecture, on February 9, 1990. His career in the entertainment industry began after he passed the first Style Cube voice actor audition in 2012, initially joining the agency as a trainee before being promoted to a junior member in 2013.

In addition to his voice work, Okuyama is known as a member of the performance unit BB-voice and as the leader of the related unit Jugend Stil, activities that often involve singing and dancing. This performance background connects to a significant aspect of his career: motion acting and choreography. He has provided motion capture performance for characters in major anime such as the various series of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation and for the character Kazuki Yoshino in Phantom of the Idol, for which he also provided choreography. His work as a motion actor and choreographer extends to other projects, including the television show gdgd men's party and the film The Idolm@ster Movie.

As a voice actor, Okuyama has built a portfolio of roles in anime. In the series Nanbaka, he voices the character Seitarō Tanabata, a role he also played in the 2017 stage play adaptation of the series. He is the voice of Ao Asahina in Futsal Boys!!!!! and portrays Noa J. Dorgias in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup. His other anime credits include a role as Yamame in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Fuchs in The Royal Tutor, and various minor characters in series such as Persona 5 the Animation and IDOLiSH7 Third Beat!.

Okuyama has also been active in radio, co-hosting programs like BB-voice no THE CATCH and serving as a live location reporter for A&G Request Hour: Asumi Kana no Kimimachi!. His voice can also be heard in video games, with credits including the character Uriel in Makaishin Trillion and Kei Otori in Starlight Revolution.
